Phase I consisted of designing and developing a survey to assess physical activity behavior, perceptions and attitudes towards cycling, and knowledge of the Bike Temple campaign. We designed and developed a survey to be distributed at two time points: a) prior to advertisements regarding the Bike Temple campaign; b) four weeks following the initial survey. As of August 9, 2010, 476 baseline surveys have been completed. These 476 participants were sent a follow-up survey 30 days after they completed the first survey. As of August 9, 2010, 183 follow-up surveys have been completed. Results from the two surveys are in the process of being analyzed. As soon as the results are finilized they will be posted.
