Get your boots, scarfs, and gloves on and come warm up with Bike Temple at the first ever February Frostbike Ride. Bike Temple along with the brand new “Temple Bike Messengers” will be departing from 12th and Cecil B. Moore heading south for Spring Garden on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. The group will head out at 3pm to catch the strongest light of the day and head back to Temple around 5pm. Our final destination is Mugshots café at 2106 Fairmount Avenue across from the Eastern State Penitentiary. Further details for the ride including a map will be sent out on Monday, February 21, 2011. So stretch those winter legs and come join Bike Temple for a short and fun ride.
(This is all assuming the weather gets cold again, which if it doesn’t will make the ride that much more pleasant and we at Bike Temple may have to come up with an alternative name for the ride.)
