Our Basic Bicycle Repair course for adults is a great way to begin
learning how to repair and maintain your bike yourself, or to brush up
on rusty repair skills. The class meets weekly for a month. Lessons
typically include parts of the bike and bike fit, care and feeding of
your brakes and shifting, and an introduction to overhauling bearings.
More advanced procedures can be covered on request. Participants are
encouraged to bring their own bikes.
Classes meet Tuesday evenings (6:30-9pm) at our 1426 W Susquehanna N. Philly location.
Bike Temple wants to give a big thanks to
everyone who showed up and participated in the Megabad Movie night. Local
snacks and local brews were devoured by all participants as they wandered the
halls of the Academy. The Megabad Movie was exactly just that really bad and
hilarious, featuring commentary by some of the Academy’s scientist. Bike Temple
hopes to participate in this event again and will let post about it in the
future to the website.

take it into consideration.
